Edwardian Interlude – 1st run

Well, that didn’t take long.

GWR 517 Class 0-4-2T receives its Starter Signal and departs the terminal, heading up-branch on my 7mm Edwardian Era layout inspired by Highworth. This is the first train to run on my new layout.

I had a completely free week and put it to good use – laying and wiring track, installing switch motors, and hooking up signals. This feels great.

All the rest is scenery…
