That train won’t run itself!

Spotting the four wagons in this train and lifting three from the terminal will take about 40 minutes.

Progress has ground to a halt on my 7mm Great Western Railway layout – but for a very good reason: I’m having too much fun running trains.

I’ve been trying to carve out a bit of time each day for operations. The layout is performing reliably and I’m enjoying figuring out how to best accomplish the work in a short train like the one in the photo above. This is the best part of any new layout project.

At some point, I’ll get back to construction. But not just yet: That train won’t run itself!
